Meta and Google ads, managed against what they actually return

Paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for brands, D2C and startups across India — account setup, conversion tracking, creative testing and a weekly report that says what each rupee did. Your account, your data, your admin access. We just run it.

What ad management covers

Most accounts do not fail because the targeting was wrong. They fail because the pixel was firing on the wrong event, or because one ad set ate 80% of the budget before anyone looked, or because there were three creatives and all of them opened the same way. Those are the first things we check.

Tracking that is actually right

Pixel, Conversions API and Google tags checked event by event, so the numbers you optimise against are real.

Creative built to be tested

Multiple hook variants from one shoot, cut by our own editors, so you test openings instead of guessing.

Budget discipline

Spend watched at ad-set level, losers cut early and winners scaled in steps rather than all at once.

Weekly reporting

Spend, CPA, ROAS and what changed since last week — in plain language, with live dashboard access.

Meta and Google do different jobs

Running both without knowing which one is supposed to do what is the fastest way to waste a budget. We split them deliberately.

Common questions

How much does it cost, and is ad spend included?

Two separate numbers, always shown separately. Ad spend goes straight to Meta or Google from your own account — we never take it through ours. Our management fee is quoted against the number of campaigns and the creative volume, not as a blind percentage of spend.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We ask for partner access to your existing Meta Business Manager and Google Ads account rather than creating accounts under ours. If we build them from scratch, they are created under your business and you keep admin. If we ever part ways, you lose no history, no pixel data and no learning.

How long before ads start working?

Meta campaigns need roughly 50 conversions per ad set to exit the learning phase, which usually takes one to two weeks at a sensible budget. Google Search can produce leads within days if the account structure and keywords are right. Anyone promising profitable scale in week one has not looked at your margins.

Do you make the ad creative too?

Yes, and it is the part that decides performance. The same bench that cuts our client films produces the hook variants, so we can test four openings of one shoot rather than guessing which one works. Creative is included in the scope unless you already have a supply you are happy with.

What reporting do I get?

A weekly report with spend, cost per acquisition, ROAS and what changed since the last one, written in plain language. You also keep live access to the dashboards, so nothing is only visible through us.
