Influencer marketing that ends in sales, not screenshots

We run creator campaigns end to end for brands across India — finding the right creators, negotiating the deal, writing the brief, approving the cut and reporting what each creator actually returned. You approve the work. We chase everything else.

What influencer marketing with us actually covers

Most brands do not lose money on influencer marketing because the idea is wrong. They lose it on the admin — a creator who ghosts after payment, a video that arrives in the wrong aspect ratio two days before launch, or a post that cannot be used as an ad because usage rights were never agreed. Every one of those is a process failure, and process is the part we own.

Creator discovery

Shortlists built on audience overlap and comment quality, not follower count. You approve names before anyone is contacted.

Contracts & briefs

Deliverables, deadlines, revision limits and usage rights in writing before a camera turns on.

Content approval

We review every cut against the brief before it goes live, and send notes on your behalf so you are not the bad guy.

Reporting

Creator-level cost per click and cost per acquisition, so the next campaign is a decision and not a guess.

How a campaign runs

The same seven-step process we use for every project, adapted for creator work. You see something real before any large payment moves.

Who this is for

This works best for brands with a product people can see working on camera — skincare, food, apparel, fitness, consumer electronics, apps and D2C in general. If your product needs a long explanation before anyone understands it, creator content alone will not carry it, and we will say so on the call rather than take the budget.

We also run creator campaigns for founders building a personal brand, where the goal is inbound leads rather than direct sales. Different measurement, same process.

Common questions

How much does influencer marketing cost in India?

Creator fees vary far more than agency fees. Nano creators (under 10k followers) often work for product plus a small fee; mid-tier creators typically run ₹15,000–₹80,000 per deliverable. We scope the creator mix to your budget first, then quote the management fee on top, so you always see the two numbers separately.

How do you find the right creators for my brand?

We shortlist on audience overlap and comment quality rather than follower count, then check the last 90 days of posts for engagement drops, bought followers and competing brand deals. You approve the shortlist before anyone is contacted.

Do you handle contracts and payments with creators?

Yes. Briefs, usage rights, deliverable deadlines, revision limits and payment terms all sit in a written agreement before shooting starts, so the content you get is content you are allowed to run as an ad.

What results can I expect?

Any agency promising a fixed ROAS before seeing your product and margins is guessing. What we commit to is measurement: tracked links, creator-level cost per click and cost per acquisition, and a report that says plainly which creators to run again and which to drop.

Also worth a look

Creator campaigns usually need the footage cut for ads afterwards, and a feed worth landing on once people search your brand.
